Pier Keys

Pier keys are available to owners for a $50 refundable deposit paid with check or cash and must show proof of residency. To obtain a pier key please contact Jon Truax at 832-820-9728 or you may get it at the next board meeting.

How to Calculate Dues

SPOA dues are regulated by the following calculation:

Lot size x .012 mils = Total Dues

Lot size is based on the Harris County HCAD website by doing a search of your property address.

Late Fees

As of April 18, 2023, the SPOA Board of Directors adopted the following changes to assessed late fees for dues that are not paid on time:

After March 31, 2023, a $25 late fee will be assessed. For every 3 months the dues aren't paid, there will be an additional $25 late fee.
$100 per year on top of late fees already accrued.
